WaySky Technologies LLC ("WaySky," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

  • The URL you submit for analysis (your company website).
  • Your email address (used for account creation and to deliver reports).
  • Contact details you provide voluntarily (name, company, role).
  • Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and timestamps.

What we do with it

  • Run your prompts through OpenAI's API and store the results to show you trends over time.
  • Send you reports and product updates via email.
  • Improve the product (aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage patterns).
  • Communicate about services you've purchased or expressed interest in.

How the mini audit works

  • When you submit your URL, we send it to OpenAI's API along with a structured prompt.
  • The AI-generated response is stored in our database and displayed in your portal.

We do not share your URL or results with other customers. OpenAI's API data usage is governed by their enterprise API terms, which state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.

Service providers

  • OpenAI (API for AI-generated analysis).
  • Supabase (database and authentication).
  • Vercel (hosting and edge functions).
  • Railway (background job processing).

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand usage patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • AI analysis results are retained to show you trends over time.
  • If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

Your choices

  • You can request a copy of your data at any time.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email.
