Disclosure & Ethics Policy
Effective February 2, 2026
WaySky helps B2B SaaS vendors improve how they appear in AI-generated recommendations. This policy explains what we will and will not do in that process.
What we will do
- •Provide vendors with transparent, evidence-based reporting on their AI visibility.
- •Help vendors build legitimate proof: positioning, case studies, integration pages, comparison pages, and pricing clarity.
- •Facilitate honest, disclosed evaluations from independent sources when the vendor meets our readiness threshold.
What we will not do
- •We will not guarantee that any AI model will recommend a vendor.
- •We will not pay for positive reviews or attempt to manipulate review content.
- •We will not facilitate coverage for vendors who do not meet our readiness threshold.
Paid / expedited coverage
When WaySky facilitates third-party coverage (reviews, evaluations, listicle inclusions), the following is always true:
- •The vendor compensates evaluation time, not opinions.
- •The source retains full editorial control over what they publish.
- •Negative or neutral conclusions are published as-is.
We require the following from every source we work with:
- •Clear disclosure of the commercial relationship in any published content.
- •Honest assessment, including weaknesses and limitations.
Example disclosure language
“The vendor provided access and compensated evaluation time through WaySky. All opinions are the author's own.”
Readiness gate
We use a Readiness Score (0–100) based on a 7-day independent evaluation. Vendors must score 80 or above before we facilitate third-party coverage. Vendors below that threshold receive a report explaining what to fix, and may purchase a Fix Pack to close the gaps.
